Trained Agricultural graduates and Postgraduates by MANAGE (National Institue of Agricultural Extension Mangement) will be considered under the scheme. Group Loans will be encouraged under the scheme, provided the persons joining together are agricultural graduates and the group does not exceed 5 members of which one could be Management Graduate with experience & qualification in Business Development and Management.

Amount of Loan:

Under the scheme a maximum amount of Rs.10.00 lakh will be financed to the individuals. In case of group loans, the amount of loan can go up to Rs.50.00 lakhs.

The following Projects will be considered for financing 

1. Soil, Water Quality testing laboratory Service Centre.
2. Plant Protection Service Centre.
3. Vermi Compost Unit.
4. Horticulture Clinic & Business Centres.
5. Agro Service Centre, Farm Machinery & Primary Processing 
6. Veterinary Clinic Dairy Unit & Artificial Insemination Service
7. Eco- Hatchery for Camp Seed Products.

However, purchase of site / construction of buildings are not financed under the scheme.
